Alice, the hostess greeted us at the door with a smile on her face. The restaurant was packed and we didn’t think we would be able to get in. We originally had a reservation at UNOs but they were incredibly rude and couldn’t accommodate us. Cailin was our server and she was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious and came out fresh and on time. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE STAFF AT off the rails!

Have seen several shows here. They have been great. If you get there early enough, the food is really good. It is also a small enough venue where you’ll likely get to meet and hang out a little with the band.

The food is exquisite. Period. It was happy hour and I ordered the chicken tenders fully expecting them to be dry and...well, you know. Basic. I was wrong!! They were the most succulent pieces of chicken I've had in a long time, and seasoned well. Delicious! There's also an excellent bourbon list! Try a flight. The desserts were to die for and the cornbread was magnificent. Get a side of hopp'n john. Glad I showed up.

Went this past Friday night and had a great evening. Off The Rails was packed, the fire pits were roaring, the food came quick and the band was excellent. This is a great place and what keeps Ludlow a vibrant town.

Nice music and barbecue restaurant and venue in the heart of Worcester. Less than a mile from Polar Park, even closer to the Worcester Railers. BBQ, beer, and sports, what more could you ask for? Music!!! This place has a large room in the back with a stage and what appears to be a dance floor. Brisket sandwich was very good. Mrs. Wally got the spicy chicken and lived it. Fries were great too. Great selection of local craft beers, cocktails, and other libations (that's a fancy word for drinks). Great music themed decor and a real rustic feeling. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and quality food. Will definitely visit again when we're in da Woo!!!

Weird western focus and but easy/ adjacent/ overpriced parking with a great mural. Springfield Symphony Hall didn't nearly double the cost of my trip and it also has the regular higher weekly volume of a hockey team in the arena next door. Still, fairly friendly/ chill staff in a decently sized hall made my visit to see Reprise cover a remarkable 11/27/98 Phish show remarkably good!

Me and my boyfriend just had some small plates while we're waiting for our concert and the food and service is beyond amazing. Our waitress was attentive and always made sure we were set and having a good time. We got the onion rings and cornbread. Onion rings had a yummy batter and tasted great with ranch. Let me tell you about the cornbread. Oh my God, the cornbread was so delicious. It comes with honey butter and cinnamon butter and they're both awesome although I slightly prefer the cinnamon butter over the honey butter. The atmosphere is pretty cool as it has a country rock vibe with brick walls, which I'm really into for some reason. Plus, it's not that hard to get to. Either way, definitely give Off The Rails a try because everything about it is awesome and I already want to come back.
